LTMM uses the Royal Mail postal service to deliver your products safely to your door. If your parcel has taken longer than the estimated arrival times listed above please feel free to send us an email or Whatsapp (see bottom of page) and we will follow-up on your order to make sure you get your piece as quickly as possible.

RETURNS POLICY – LTMM is happy to provide exchanges or refunds for any items received within 21 days of the ship date. Merchandise must not be worn or damaged and returned in their original packaging.

How do I know that my order has been received? – Once your order is placed you will automatically receive an email confirmation with an order number that can be quoted to the LTMM team if you would like to follow-up on your order.
